Our Foundational Concepts
The formation of CISO ToGo, LLC is the result of a long-held understanding that the ever-changing and ever-growing levels of global cybersecurity threats are no less impactful and critical for small to mid-sized organizations, than to large enterprises.
The difference, however, is that small to mid-sized organizations are generally less prepared to address these threats due to resourcing constraints.
Businesses of all sizes have long relied on outsourcing to close gaps in business capabilities. From HR, to payroll, to creative/marketing, to IT ... organizations understand the benefit of leveraging the focus and expertise of outsourced partners to fill gaps in supplying these critical services. We empower organizations with the ability to have an experienced, motivated, and committed cybersecurity leader as part of their team to help secure their data, systems, employees, customers, and investors ... but without the limiting burden of funding an additional full-time resource.
Our Founder & CEO
Wade Richmond is the Founder & CEO of CISO ToGo, LLC ... a foremost provider of technology risk consulting.
Prior to founding CISO ToGo, LLC, he had most recently been responsible for establishing and managing the cybersecurity and technology risk programs at multiple Fortune 500 organizations, including BJ’s Wholesale Clubs, Ahold USA, Sensata Technologies, GTECH Corporation, Citizens Financial Group and CVS Pharmacies.
In all of these roles, Wade provided leadership and direction to all cybersecurity and technology risk efforts associated with IT applications, communications, and computing services. This included the development and management of cybersecurity governance, policies, and programs, as well as the planning and execution of an enterprise-wide Technology Risk Management (TRM) strategy. In all of these roles, Wade functioned as the “Face of Security” to executive management, business unit stakeholders, audit committees, external investors, and Boards of Directors.
